Very poor customer service, poor communication, slow service, cold food, flat, warm soda. I went through the drive through and... ordered. I waited for nearly 5 minutes before someone came to the window and then I was given 2 sodas, warm. Flat and NO ice. Iasked about it and the man at the window said sorry, I can't fix it. I then went inside and complained. I was told the drivethru did not have ice. WTH, Ok, please inform the customers. I then got home and was missing food from my order. I will not befrequenting that location again!! Read more

Waited about 15 minutes in the drive through (maybe even longer). Got two frosties that were completely melted when I got them.... Didn?t get a receipt either. I have low expectations which fast food restaurants, but I won?t be going back. Read more

The drive through was slow, my burgers and fries were both cold. We wanted to eat in the dining room but when we got there at... 9:16, the doors were already locked. The sign on the door said the dining room was open until 10:00. They had signs up statingthey were out of American cheese, dipping sauces and lettuce. I'm very disappointed that I spent $16 on a meal that wasterrible. Read more

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and a 6 piece nugget. I understand things happen, but at least offer a free frosty or... have a manager apologize for the wait. When we finally got the food, the 6 piece nugget only had 3 in it. Read more

I was at the Warner / Cooper Wendy?s shortly after noon and there was a car that had parked in a way that occupied two parking... places. When I finished eating and I was the last customer inside the car was still there blocking two parking places, so Isurmise that it belongs to an employee. I would appreciate it the management would review employee parking guidelines. Read more

Terrible service, but not like that's uncommon with this location. Like many others, I went inside and was the only person at... the counter. Stood there for at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then the hefty woman said she would be right with me,with attitude of course. Instead she continued to take multiple orders for the sheeple in the drive thru. This is actually thesecond time this has happened to me. I walked out both times, no food. I give up on this location. Waited 40 minutes inside for two 20 pieces. Our order was taken first then a huge line of people came in. They were served their... food before us. Guy at the front counter had no idea what he was doing. He basically gave up and jus started handing outwhatever was given to him. I also work in fast food and know what it's like when there is only 5 people working in the store,but the behavior and customer service was unacceptable. Guy at the front clearly didn't have enough experience in dealing withsituations like that and ended up ignoring all the customers saying 'im jus handing out whatever they give me' but is easilyable to go pick up tongs and give other orders the chicken nuggets for their orders. Then manager tried to make it better bygiving everyone strawberry frosties when she should jus be focused on getting the food out. Read more

This is the rudest place. I proceed to place an order via drive thru- the lady said they will only accept orders through the... mobile app and she could not take my order or she'd get "in trouble". I downloaded the app, placed my order- all payment methodsexperienced an error (debit card, credit card, Google pay, adding cash to the wendys app)...when I let the cashier know this shestated there's nothing she could do. 5 min later another cashier comes to the window and takes my order. After waitig 20 min formy food...I received old cold fries, burgers and nuggets. Read more
