This Wendy's is ALWAYS on some weird B's after 10 pm, I swear. Sometimes it'll close early, but leave the drive thru lights on... and not say anything to you as you sit at the mic waiting and waiting. Tonight, they wouldn't take any orders like in person indrive thru, you had to place a mobile order and come back. I obliged (only cuz there's not much else open late night aroundhere), but when they gave me my order, they were out of 2 items and weren't able to issue me a refund. It's just annoying. Says this place is a mess: Always give you the wrong food. Only take mobile orders at night. Drinks are always out of... service. Never have the food you want to order originally. Never give the sauces you ask for. Fries are always raw andsoggy. No idea why this Wendy?s is horrible. Read more
Super fast friendly service but they should have nuked the Baconator fries just a couple seconds longer
Horrible place. Go here if you want to have a simple order messed up. Pretty much every time I go to this location, they just... throw the sandwich together with basically no toppings or forget to add something required. I only order the basic sandwich withno changes too, so this shouldn?t be so difficult. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is it for me. If youcan?t get the advertised ingredients correct then don?t sell the item, or better train your staff. Also, the cashier who ishandling peoples food literally saw the garbage overflowing and pushed it down with her bare hands, she never had gloves on andwas handling food. Disgusting. Received incorrect sandwich that would have been cheaper if it was actually ordered. 6 piece nugget only had 5. Food was... old/cold. The speed going through the drive thru was fast but that doesn't make up for not getting the order correct and thefood being bad. Read more

I placed on order through Wendy's online ordering system. I ordered the following, and was told they were out of chili. I... requested a refund and the employee told me they have no way to refund items I ordered online, but could give me a large fry. Iagreed. When I got home, I had two fries and no baked potato. A large fry costs $1.99. I was clearly overcharged. Do not usetheir online ordering... use door dash or similar so you can file a complaint and get a refund, if needed.
