As I just read from others, don?t order from app and show up cause they won?t have your order. In drive thru, manager tried to... tell me it?s other store four miles up road. Good thing I double checked her before just going. I was at the right store andthey claim their system doesn?t show the order. Waste of time. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for our order. When we finally got to the window, they gave us the total with no apology... for the wait, discount, or free meal offered. When we asked if we would be getting a discount for waiting, we were told word forword ?It?s not our fault. The lady in front of you told us she had a mobile order.? We responded asking why they didn?t have herpull around to the front so the rest of us in line could get their food and the response was, again word for word, ?We couldhave but we didn?t.? I eat here about once a week and never see the same people working. If there is a long line in the drive thru I avoid it. Food... has never been bad but if there are more than four cars I've been stuck for a long time. The parking lot is shaped funny and youneed to pull right up to the building before getting in line. Thought I would try the new Southwest avocado chicken sandwich combo and the picture on the menu looked so nice.... looked like... the sandwich was very thick very tall very robust..... the sandwich I received kind of looks like it got stepped on :-) But itstill tasted great and worth 4 stars.
