Reviews for Taqueria Factory in Chandler, AZ
The corn tortillas were fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the carne asada and el pastor tacos with my jamaica drink. The ingredients... were fresh, and the service was quick. It seems like a family friendly restaurant. I also went over to Frutilandia for awonderful dessert afterwards. It was a fun experience! Will be back! Read more
First time customer, will never come back. I would have come several times a week if they didn\'t botch the first time customer... experience and overcharge for already overpriced Mexican food.\n\nGot 3 tacos and a drink (combo 1) for lunch and it was over$15. I asked to upgrade the drink from 24 oz to 32 oz and they charged another $3 extra! So now it\'s over $18 for 3 tacos and adrink.\n\nThe price difference on the menu between 24 oz and 32 oz drink is $2, so they definitely overcharged me for the 32 ozdrink in the combo....\n\nOn top of that, there\'s ZERO tea in the whole restaurant. What kind of restaurant doesn\'t have tea?!So I overpaid for a large drink of something I didn\'t even want. They also handle the straw and lid and then put them insideyour cup. Not sanitary!\n\nNow for the quality.. Half of the meat is just huge chunks of hard unchewable fat. There\'s avocadosauce drizzled all over them so it makes a mess trying to remove all of the fat chunks. The bottom of the tacos are soaked ingrease. Medium salsa looks like blended tomatoes, not much flavor. Hugely disappointed.\n\nIf you want good and cheap tacoscheck out Taco El Paisa across the street. Read more
Great tacos! Nice, bright and clean inside. Great looking mango Chamoy beverage with tequila supposedly. However I’m 99%... sure there was ZERO alcohol. So I paid $9.99 for a frozen mango drink. Definitely not worth the price. Thankfully the foodwas great. Read more
Excited to have some tacos in the East valley I took the family to get some grub. Ordered, tacos: asada, al pastor, quesabirria... with consume, quesadilla and a mangoniada.... tacos were too greasy, al pastor could get away with some but it was excesive..Tacos de asada shouldn\'t be greasy at all. The taste, asada is definitely not recommended for authentic asada it\'s obvious itis done on a skillet. Al pastor was okay, wouldn\'t get again. The pineapple seemed like it was from a can not the \"trompo\".Now the good stuff. Quesabirria was really good, not the best but definitely up there. Consome was okay but a bit of onion, cilantro, lemon, salsas and it was awesome. Really enjoyed it, definitely recommend and will return for those. The mangoniadawas delicious, could taste the liquor but not too much. Perfect spot for a drink and munchies. For me, I\'ll be sticking to thequesabiarria and bar drink which are incorporated with frutilandia products. Read more
I tried their keto (cheese taco) carne asada taco and it was so amazing. I’ll be back for that. But i wouldn’t recommend the... birria tacos. They weren’t that great and the consume tasted very cinnamon like. Wasn’t good. They were sloppy and soggytoo. The guacamole was good but they didn’t offer chips so be aware it’s more of a topping if you purchase it. I wish Iwould have tried the waters they offered but I got a fountain drink. Next time for sure. This place is attached to a frutilandiaand I highly suggest going next door afterwards for a dessert. Read more
I ordered a chicken taco, carne taco, and a birria (beef) taco. The meat was very greasy and the flavor was just ok. The... tortillas fall apart easily, making the tacos a big mess. The salsa is just okay. Customer service was decent. I probably won\'tcome back as there are better taco places to choose from. Read more
Just like everyone else, we were excited to try a new restaurant. Especially one that has tacos and micheladas. We arrived on... Thursday and there was no air conditioning. If we were hot and miserable, I can only imagine the employee moral thatday!\n\nPrices are a bit higher considering there are no happy hours and the only \"special\" they do is Taco Thursday. Wereceived the meal in parts, had to remind them of a few items - no big deal.\n\nThe food itself was okay, nothing spectacular. The tacos were good, but not amazing. I will add that the michelada was tastey.\n\nAfter we ate we went next door toFruitlanda.... they had ac. Ugh we would have eaten there if we had known! Read more
