If in the drive thru an employee tells me to park in the front and wait.... And I ask how looking the wait will be, I shouldn't... get any attitude.. I want to know if I am willing to wait or not. Giving a time frame is not hard. You know how long your foodtakes to cook. How long it takes to prepare. Ppl work so much they forget to have common sense. Because if I think I'm onlywaiting 5 minutes but I'm actually going to wait 10-15, that's a problem and a big difference. That's all I wanted to say. Read more
Staff and management are fantastic and helpful with a great sense of humor. Even when a male Karen comes into the restaurant.... Some People just don't get it. Retail and Restaurant workers are people too. I would gladly give this restaurant 5-Stars. Read more
I have not been in Taco bell for more than 5 years. So dont know some of the new meals by name. Ask the cashier for a meal... mentioned don't know the name,so he assumed need somebody who speaks Spanish I was very offended, because I am bilingual andwas speaking inglish to him.He discriminate me. This may apply to all Taco Bell locations for all so know. I do use the app but I also prefer to pay cash. So when I dine in I... have often ordered from the kiosk and entered my email address for the accumulation of points. Unfortunately this method neverworks and none of my survey feedback has ever received any responses. The correct way is to not scan the receipt and not use theemail address at all. I have fully confirmed that I am using and entering the right email account. It would be nice to havestaff knowledgeable about this stuff. Even moreso it would be nice to have somebody credit the many points that were lost. Read more
This is a nice location. Food is decent and the staff is super friendly!
I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. It deserves 0. I literally bought food for myself and children. I ordered a beefy 5... layer burrito and I didn't even receive what I asked for. When I called taco bell on Alma School and Warner to speak with themanager and explained how I received the burrito all she said was sorry and I asked for a replacement and the manager literallylaughed and said just because it isn't folded correctly and I said no that's not the reason but the manager was sounprofessional. So disappointed with this location and I'd never returned to this location. Shout out to Taco bell on Cooperand Warner for replacing my burrito without a hesitation and for being so understanding. I love taco bell!! Especially the cinnamon twists! This location is clean and now the lobby is open for dine in. Good prices and... it's open late. You can also see it from the main road. This location usually has a long line though. Read more
For years this TB has had the slowest drive thru ever, not sure what?s going on inside that building but it?s not efficiency.... Corporate needs to get involved with this franchise owner, they are in over their head. The food is usually good. Read more
