Definitely is not the subway I am used to. The sandwich artist did not know which chicken is used to make the chicken bacon... ranch (it?s a signature sandwich!) and may have been too lazy to get more from backstock and ended up making my sandwich withrotisserie chicken. It actually changed the taste of what I wanted. The chips were stale, it confident they would pay attentionto detail at this point so wasn?t shocked. I am hoping there is another subway close to this location as this is closest to myhouse and subway is a good option on the fly, just not this location. Plus, I had to remove my card because the sandwich artistovercharged me and I asked him to look at it again for accuracy and he found where he was wrong. It makes me think thatsomething shady was going on at this point as it was three strikes at this point. What is usually an easy thing to accomplishwas a struggle for this location. Is it up to each location to train teams or is it a corporate training for brand and servicelevels? Read more

As much as I didn't want to give them a low rating... I felt I had too since it's happened more than twice now... First and... foremost, customer service has been pleasant to deal with when I pick up my mobile order. However, my mobile order itselfhasn't. There's been many times where my order has been messed up even though they have all the information needed to completethe order as instructed. I don't ask for much customization so it's frustrating. I wouldn't pay no mind if I wasn't charged thepremium to add such items. My mobile ordering has been disappointing and will probably order from another location at thispoint going forward... The boy working there was apparently the only one there tonight and had a terrible attitude about it. The negative vibe made... ordering food feel like it was such an inconvenience to this guy. Hey dude, be happy happy you have a job! Leave the negativityin the break room. Customers shouldn't hear about your frustration with having a job. Read more

This Subway on Ray Rd. & Rural has gone downhill!! They have raised their prices over 50% and worse than that, they have cut... back on all the meats by 50%. They steal money from customers. Online foot long turkey, bacon & guacamole from this store was$12.29, when I went there and ordered it the lady rang it up as $8.99 plus an additional $4.00 which comes up to $13.00.. AfterI noticed the overcharge on the receipt, I asked the same person that I overpaid, she told me that if you wanted it at thatprice, you have to order it online with a rude aditude. Nowhere online it says that these are only online prices. That is verypoor (low quality) business not to mention for over 10 years they were cutting corners stealing money from customers byknowingly selling small sandwiches that were supposed to be foot long. Although Subway seems to be "going under" according to Business Insider, this Subway is still amazing. It's not cold and... desolate like some are. The employees seemed not dead inside. They were very welcoming, lots of natural light in the store,everything on the line was so fresh and so was the bread. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. The sandwiches were sogood. This is the only Subway I'll go to anymore. The employees deserve recognition, they are keeping their store amazing.Thanks guys! Read more
