Super clean and looks brands new! I really enjoyed how they ensured they kept the tops closed and I really like how the lights... turn off to help keep the food chilled so its not under constant lighting and opened. the staff there are friendly and fastIsaac helped me today and he was fast and efficient and the girl at the register was friendly and their communication was onpoint! The two females employees that were working at 2pm today, on 9/20 are so RUDE they need to be fired! Especially reading other... customer reviews, I am not the only customer witnessing these attitudes!!!!! Your employees have ZERO customer service or anypersonable skills at that! They dont know how to smile, greet a customer, or simply even make eye contact. Where is the adult?!Where is an actual human being at to run this subway franchise? Also the homeless person sleeping at your store from 2 monthsago...is still there. Get some new employees and hire adults rather than immature children or you will lose all yourcustomers!!!!! Clean newer store, not usually busy. But the staff is so unfriendly. I walked in today, 2 people waiting ahead of me and female... employee walked out of bathroom let out a huge sigh and rolled her eyes in an epic fashion. I just left. Not worth all theattitude by just walking in. Read more
They wrap the sandwiches up real good and tight so they don't fall apart like a couple of the other subways. Also, friendly... staff. 6/8/22 - The staff are very friendly. Alex the manager is very accommodating. He was giving me samples of the sauces andwas extremely helpful. Alex is also very appreciative of veterans. I understand being homeless, I have been many of us have. It makes me feel guilty to enjoy my meal while a homeless man is... asleep less than 5 feet away from me. It's unseemly, and isn't the place for this to be taking place. I would just like to enjoymy meal. Without feeling obligated to buy someone else's. Read more

Some of the worst customer service I?ve gotten in a long time. We had a large order which made one of the girls very frustrated... and she asked us why we just didn?t cater. I was picking up subs for several different families at a softball tournament. Shedid not hide her frustrations and was very rude to me. The other girl was very sweet. Read more
