Very good customer service from Jaffi? I think he said his name was. He was working the closing shift 10/14. My sandwich had a... couple things wrong with it. No big deal, I didn't get far down the road so I called. He had absolutly zero hesitation to makethe moment right.gave me multiple options, was very kind and genuine. I decided on a remake and It was a night and daydifference. My sub was AMAZING. LOOK HOW GOOD IT LOOKS. Thank you so much!!! Please give him praise. Us as the customer have todo our part too and if you have an issue tell them. We are human. Things happen. Could have easily been a bad experience but itwasn't because of him. Terrible. Ordered on the app to give them time to make them, no toasted subs were toasted, barely any toppings were put on. I... guess you have to watch them to make sure they do it right. Read more

If you like homeless people going around the room and asking for money or a sandwich as you dine, then you found your place!...,... I said no to the large toothless man but he intimidated a middle-aged woman eating alone into buy him a sandwich. There was nomistaking for the employees what was happening. Went through the drive thru. I asked for a turkey and Swiss on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, mayo and... pepper. I asked for lemonade and sun chips. Here's what I got: turkey, swiss, wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes and green peppers.No pepper and they added black olives and the mayo was barely there. No sun chips. Seriously? Place is extremely dirty there is even food or some substance smeared all over the glass by the food a lot of the greens were... actually bad (oily brownish lettuce) there was food shoved in every crevice between different cubbies of food there was cheesemixed into a lot of them as well made me kinda sick looking at it so I picked what I wanted based on what looked safe for howslow a subway is there?s no excuse for how dirty and unkept it was someone should really look into it and give them basiccleaning schedule sheets and go over food safety (I couldn?t really get a picture of the glass and food but I?m sure they havecameras and can look themselves) Read more
I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were literally all missing ingredients/ were wrong. Literally the worst experience.
