There is always something wrong with this particular location. Either they are out of a particular bread or meat or drink.... During my last visit, the rude employee said that I would need to be charged for extra olives. I have NEVER been told thatbefore. I said I don't see that stated anywhere and it's not listed on the website when ordering. She said it's new and that shehas to charge me. She had a bad attitude when informing me of this nonsense. I chose to continue my purchase however, I will notever return there. Assuming the employee was telling the truth, which is questionable, it's pretty sad when a company has topenny pinch customers to death. It's par for the course as many companies have started to price gouge its customers in the nameof greed and call it inflation. Poor customer service and ridiculous charges = not good business. Trash on floor as soon as entered building. Then using mens restroom as a storage closet full of boxes. That is disgusting.... Thays a restroom not storage. Then the person before me, they put yellow banna peppers on their sandwich Then took them off andput them all back to be used for someone else's sandwich. They were rude and telling people don't touch the glass. Yet trash onthe floor and and pulling things back off someone's sandwich and putting back in the containers to be used on someone else's. Came in today and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and nice! I can?t remember his name exactly but I think he... said it was John or Jonny?He didn?t rush me, regardless of me having multiple sandwich orders. And the store was very clean?will definitely be coming back soon! Read more
Why must you give a star to write a review? This place doesn't deserve one star. My order has been wrong the past 3 times. (Not... sure why I keep trying) Pretty sure a chicken bacon ranch should have uhmmm... bacon and ranch on it? The incompetence here isvery real. Read more
The sandwiches are always good. Not a fan of the new paper straws though. But what really irritated me is this new fat employee... who told us to wait while she's on her phone for 2 minutes! REALLY? Where was the manager? There was another employee that saidnothing and disappeared to the back...smh...guess its hard to find good help these days... Read more
We went today the place was empty. We waited for awhile for the employee in the back. We get it you have stuff to do. We weren?t... upset until the employee comes out asks us what we wanted. My son ordered ham and bacon. The employee was clearly upset. Slammedthe microwave door so hard it flung back open. He slammed it again. We had 2 more sandwiches and he did the same while gettingthe bread and we had one more sandwich with bacon. He was clearly annoyed and having a tough day. I was ordering for 4 people (my family) and the girl behind the counter didn't give me any grunts, groans, or anything when I... told her that. She just asked if she could grab the person in the back to help me get out as soon as possible and they reallydid very efficiently make the subs in the shortest amount of time possible and didn't sacrifice the quality of the subs fortime. The ingredients in each sandwich were pretty well distributed even with how quick they were moving. They also addressedthe customers behind me letting them know they'd be with them shortly and get to them asap making me feel more comfortable abouthaving 4 sandwiches and being only one person holding up the line. This location has been going downhill last few years. They throw newbies in there with no help and without adequate training.
