Asked for a vanilla bean frappe with extra drizzle. Received it with no drizzle at all. They were super busy that day and didn't... want to wait another half hour so I went the next day to let them know what happened with a picture of my frappe with thereceipt where I paid for extra drizzle and the told me there was nothing they could do. Then my daughter went later that day fora frappe and her order was sitting there for about 5 minutes and no one called her name. I know they were busy but I don't thinkthere quality of the product or customer service should suffer, in the end we both suffer I won't return there and they losebusiness. Read more
