Firstly, it doesn't say located within Safeway. I needed a drive thru I just had an ablation done on the nerves in my back but... when I got here I realized it was in Safeway but I'm limited on time because I have to get back to my son's football practice soI hobble myself all the way inside to see that they are closed "due to labor shoetages" awesome. Stopped this location before dropping my son off at school, I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso,... I?ve gotten this drink with and with out an extra shot lots of times, it?s my go to drink. First off it took 20mins just to makethe drink, the first drink alone, it was completely watered down like as if you had left it sitting in the car, secondly thedrink tasted like coffee grounds, like a very strong bitter Taste, the worst drink I?ve ever tasted. By the time the seconddrink was made we were already running late to get my son to school. I told them I did not want it and would be back for arefund as I was running late, coming back, I got a simple I?m sorry by the manager, the employee just stood there?I neither gotoffered a gift card or a free drink nothing but a CASH back refund. I ordered a heated up butter croissant and a caffine-free peppermint mocha. I just got a half lukewarm, half cold croissant and... a regular mocha with a little whipped cream on top after asking if I wanted it. I could understand if she was training, but Ican tell this barista didnt care enough to make an effort when making my drink and it's such an ugly feeling. Read more

Jared is the best one here. His personality and the way he treats you as a customer is well worth the trip. Some of the new... trainees are difficult to deal with, but the ones who have been there a while make it a personal and enjoyable experience. Youjust have to time it right. Read more
Ordered 2 Venti Ice coffees when I got to the window she had made Grande. I had told these were suppose to be venti... I was... fine with paying the difference... I swear all they did was put my coffee in a bigger cup and just added ice all the way to thetop no more coffee they had way to much Ice I know the right amount for my drink... i get starbucks daily.... Placed our order for 2 iced caramel cold brews, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The drive through at 10am only had 2 other cars in... front of us. Service was quick and friendly, and our order was perfect as usual. Thanks Starbucks for being consistent. Read more
