I'm usually okay when it comes to waiting for my drink. It was my first time visiting this location. At first glance there is no... drive through. The place was not busy today. There were 3 people ahead of me which got their drinks in a quick and timelymanner. When it comes to only me left, it took more than 20 minutes for me to get my drink. This is usually my favorite location to come to. The drinks are always good, but lately they haven't been. The strawberries have... been brown and causing my pink drink to be a brownish pink. I won't be returning to this location anymore. Not sure how theythink is acceptable to sell. Read more

The employees that work here are very, very nice. I enjoyed the hearty greeting as I entered the door. The service was easy,... fast, and dead on. They did everything right. It got fairly busy while I sat for a bit enjoying my Javachip Frappuccino and Idid not see anyone have to wait any longer than was necessary.
