I ordered my coffee right before work. It was busy and I understand that it took a while longer. However by the time it was my... turn to order I was in a rush got my change and waited for my drink. As soon as I walked into work I realized the barista gaveme incorrect change I was $7 short... by then it was too late. Just writing this so you can double check your change. Read more
I walked over from my hotel this morning and was greeted by a beautiful young woman with red glasses I didn?t get her name but... it was nice to actually be greeted with a smile & manners. Her ability to assess a situation and deal with multiple customerswas great and she was in complete control. The atmosphere alone was so chill I needed it after my days of travel. This is what I feel about Starbucks today. I have been a customer for over 18 some years. Starbucks cares more about mobile... orders of customers that not even in there store, while the customer with cash has to wait. Today I was the only customer in the@Starbucks Chandler Fashion Center there was three Baristas none of them could take care of a Coffee refill.
