This Starbucks sucks. I ordered latte upside down and they started teaching about how to order it. After the debate between the... 2 employees I ended with a sugary macchiato. When I returned I got another lecture about what had happened!! Then they wanted tocharge 25 cents for poor Safeway and Starbucks around the country gives free water. Bad customer service bad attitude. Starbucksis above this shi**y customer service and shame on Safeway. Read more
The Starbucks at Dobson and Frye Rd has the most cheerful and welcoming staff. Their upbeat attitude makes you smile!
