Over 13 cars deep at the drive thru. Took over half an hour to get our mobile order we placed in advance. We?ve been to much... busier Starbucks across the valley, this by far was the worst wait we have ever experienced for coffee. This location needs toeither hire more people or train more efficiently. Bacon was well done not really limp. 5/5 Bread on the sandwich was not soggy or extremely chewy. 5/5 customer service was goodas well. Clean inside. Not very loud. Great experience. I experienced absolutely phenomenal customer friendly and professional service from Jennifer while driving through for a Vente... Oat-milk ?6 shot ristretto? Latte and banana bread, yesterday. She suggested Ristretto! Superb suggestion!! She expressedenormous happy energy, kindness, and sincerity during the entire experience, from placing my order to picking it up at thewindow. Jennifer is a true GEM to the Starbucks Corporation, and I will make this location my preference because of her! Come in and get ignored while the baristas socialize with friends. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to welcome me into the... store and acknowledge that I existed after the group of friends left and not a peep. I would recommend using the Starbucks onPrice unless you're part of their clique. Coffee seems to taste better over there, folks seem to value their customers and theytreat them a whole lot better. Oh, and when I have been acknowledged, I am waiting a minimum of 10 minutes for food and drinks.Must have a pecking order. Read more
