I have bought 9 or more glasses of water here many times. staff only put water in cup holder. When I asked about the big bag,... he said No. I said I can't drive with these water cups while it doesn't have a protective bag. he looked at me and then justsaid sorry and left but no solution for me. I stood looking at 9 glasses of water and didn't know what to do with it. Staffattitude is very indifferent towards customers. I understand that there may be a lack of rows due to translation, but what Iwant is a good solution. staff can give me a bucket for me to hold my water cup. I will be happy with that. Why is there noalternative solution for the customer? I'm just worried that my 9 cups of water will spill on the way. Read more
I went in around 11:40 and It was empty. The manager was training a new employee and when they finished getting the order from... the person in front of me they walked away from the counter. No one came back over for about 5 minutes. The window person cameand got my order and apologized a couple of times. She was very pleasant but it was a bit ridiculous the wait. Dirty dirty place with locked bathrooms. Could not eat there with unwashed hands. Just wandering where stuff wash their hands... before handling food items. Or may be they never heard about sanitary codes or COVID? Read more

The girls working the drive thru this morning 6/30/22 were wonderful! Super quick with my order, and very friendly!
This location is clean and inviting. The store is well maintained and the staff attentive. They were a little slow this morning,... and I did witness a few order mix-ups. (That could be a sign of the times.) My drink was fine. My default is a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I would visit again. Read more
Love this location!! The staff are super chill, and the drinks are phenomenal. Plus they are really quick.
It's been twice now that this location has definitely put regular milk in my almond milk drinks. One time can be a fluke, but... given how terrible I'm feeling now, I'm never going back to this location again. Playing this kind of roulette is NOT fun, andmakes me want to avoid Starbucks entirely. Read more
