My very first time at this location and there was quit a bit of a wait in the drive up but reason I am giving 5 stars it was the... customer service for me. It literally was a small interaction but he got my name on the dot which really surprised me since noone ever says it correctly and was just on point. Thank you Danny Read more

90% ice? I ordered a cold brew and received 90% ice. My drink didn't even last 5 minutes. I get prices are going up but I paid... $13 for 2 drinks (one was a grande). This is ridiculous. If Starbucks is going to do this, I just won't go to them. Read more

Great Starbucks location with a drive through and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating also had misters which is great in the... summer. Good service today ordering my coffee and snack. Read more

Trends are interesting. I?m beginning to experience a new local Starbucks trend in the Gilbert and Chandler area; Starbucks... Customer Service doesn?t appear to be their strong suit. So far 2/3?s or 67% of the recent local StarbuckS visits have beendisappointing. Maybe the customer service at my local Starbucks is so superior that this store just pales in comparison, butwow. Calek (Sloppy written name tag), the cashier, looks like he just doesn?t want to be at work or take orders. I?ve haven?tobserved a cashier ?sigh(ing)? at customers when taking orders or say almost no words to the customer. He looked so bored,displeased, and dispassionate about his good job at Starbucks. As for the drink, he didn?t make, it tasted perfect minus theextra ice (light ice order). It?s either the local store manager, or the DM?s not checking on the customer service because it?sdefinitely notable. Lastly, I?ve rarely visited an empty Starbucks. This was the ???? unicorn.
