This is by far my FAVORITE location in Arizona and the staff is so awesome compared to nearby stores. They always get my drink... perfect and are very quick. I work near this one and they fixed my drink I got at a different location, and the shift lead wasso nice about it. Read more

More and more lately the service has declined. It used to be that if you ordered a drip coffee, they would pour it immediately... at the register. Now you wait behind all the regular in store, drive thru and mobile orders. It makes no sense. A quick pourshould take a quick moment to purchase and pour and now it's not unusual to wait 10-15 mins. With all the options for greatcoffee these days, such as Black Rock and Dutch Bros... It's just not worth it to go to Starbucks anymore. We used to enjoy thesocial aspect of seeing people we knew at Starbucks, but It seems that has disappeared since the big shut down of 2020. Theservice is slow and no longer the enjoyable, social experience you used to have in their stores. Read more

99.9% of the time Starbucks provides excellent customer service. Today, was the 0.01% of disappointing customer service... experience by Starbucks, that occurred back-to-back. First, my happy hour drinks were made completely wrong and I was billedincorrectly because Starbucks Manager Priscilla and her staff did not know how to make the correct order. I was significantlyunder billed. I tried to tell the cashier I was undercharged but she was adamant the price was right. I paid $2.35 for two $5dollar drinks. As a result of experience, I spoke with Nichole at Starbucks Corporate. Nichole was polite, professional, andresolved the matter. I went back to the local store location, so I can order my drinks again. I went to the register to place myorder and a different staff member took my order, and wrong again. He placed the order as a hot drink (It?s 104 degrees todayand I just want to get my iced green tea latte-it should not be this hard). Priscilla came to register to help get the ordercorrect because the cashier placed order as a hot drink and couldn?t get the happy hour discount to apply. I tried to explain toPriscilla how my order was previously wrong and I was back to order my drinks. Priscilla? attitude abruptly (flashed) changedand became rude. I?ve never experienced a manager with such a negative and mean spirited attitude toward a customer, especiallyat a Starbucks. I am disappointed with Starbucks treatment and I definitely will not return to this Starbucks location. Today?sservice from Starbucks was an anomaly. It was unusual enough, however, for me to take the time to call and write StarbucksCustomer Service for each poor experience. Read more
