The worst customer service ever! The people that work there are rude. The food was terrible and cold. They got the order... wrong. It's a hot mess! Shout out to the man delivering food/drinks to cars today. When I ordered I didn't notice I only had orderd one Sour Patch slush... with two very excited kids in the back expecting their own. We used the Sonic app. If you use the app all drinks are half price anytime of the day and all year round for people that live... in AZ. One of the worst meals I ever had at this Sonic location. And the female (so-called) Manager had no compassion, for my dining... experience at this establishment. I had some burnt fries and onion rings (cooked in their dirty grease). And my burger was notcooked fresh, was prepared with some dry hamburger meat and old cheese put together. Needless to say, I didnt get my moneyback...nor did I get a "freshly" prepared meal. Please people, do not settle like I did....if you eat here. (Complain,complain, complain).
