Ordered Cesar salad and it came with no dressing whatsoever. Second time this happened how do you mess that up? Especially... annoying since company has no phone number to call to complain to the location.and now I washed my time getting dry as hellsalad. Thanks for charging me for this. I don?t understand why this location seems to struggle compared to other salad and go drive thrus. They mislabel breakfast... burritos and don?t have our preorder ready when we arrive (and are the only ones in line). Read more

Nothing but great things to say about this location. The staff works super hard to keep things accurate and efficient. There... were some issues with online ordering this past week and the staff handled it with ease. The way these guys can kill a drivethru line during a lunch rush is beyond impressive. Other businesses need to take notes because salad and go has the qualityfood and customer service model nailed. Read more

I stop here frequently because it is a super convenient stop for my way home from work. The food is always amazing. I absolutely... love salad and go. Normally very happy and helpful employees, but there is one employee that I see quite often that just looksmiserable and makes me feel like an inconvenience every time she helps me. I'm not sure if she is over worked or if she has somepersonal stuff going on, but regardless, it makes the "experience" very negative. Sure this stop is convenient, but I am at thepoint where I may end up going out of my way to go to a different location just because I end up in a bad mood after going tothis location. Sure that could be on me, I shouldn't let such small interactions alter my day in the way I let it. For mepersonally, good customer service is key and if that's not there, I just don't want to associate with a place. Like I said, theother employees are fine. I haven't had any negative interactions with any employee besides this particular girl. Maybe I justcatch her at the end of her shifts when she is drained and over it all? Not sure. Either way, I personally can't put up with it. Read more

First, know that I love Salad and Go, but I have to say, this location was a little off its game tonight. The drive through line... (3 cars) took awhile to get moving. (I wondered if it was closed.) The staff, when asked about the new seasonal menu, seemedconfused. When I got home with my Caprese salad it was tasty, but had only one mozzarella ball. I will try this location againhoping that I just hit an off night. Read more
