the food here tastes great but they seem to be understaffed for the lunch rush. my wife and I have met here 2x for lunch and... both times the wait ate up the majority of our lunch breaks so we had to cram the food in as fast as possible to not be lateback for work. the 2nd time I even ordered online so It could be ready when we got there instead of ordering when we showed up.still the order was finished significantly later than the requested time. Well, this was my first time eating at Rubio's Coastal Grill. This is not what most people are a custom to. This is a different... type of Hispanic food. If you ever eaten at Rocky Point or Ensenada, you know what I'm talking about. The gourmet tacos andMango Avocado salad with grilled shrimp were excellent! I couldn't say that for the enchiladas. Food is pretty good here. The place is very messy. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty salsa bar. Tables and chairs are in serious... need of repair or tightening up at the very least. Counter service sucked. Hope nobody else wants a drink refill... Read more
I normally wouldn't take my time to write a review but the service at this location was terrible. Walking into the store you are... greeted with an off-putting smell, that smells like the grease trap needs to be cleaned. Then the cashier was not very friendlyand seemed occupied with other tasks instead of taking orders. And after all that the staff forgot my order not just once buttwice and ended up waiting 45 minutes for a burrito that was so full of beans that I could not taste anything else. Read more
