I really enjoy coming here, it?s a great place but I put in an online order in the afternoon on 11/18 only to find out it was... closed once I arrived which has happened on multiple occasions where they?re closed during regular business hours in the middleof the day. I am considerate that staffing issues could be what happened here, but nonetheless I have tried to contact throughthe email provided several times, after the emails and several phone calls I?ve made for a refund I?ve had no luck. I know tosome, chasing a company for $25 for a refund seems silly but it?s not silly when it?s $25 for JUST two smoothies of which younever received and now it?s principal. I don?t want to leave this review, I love this place and will remove it. I would justlike my refund and since no one will respond to me maybe they?ll respond to a bad review.
