Really liked my Rose lychee tea I green tea at 25% sweetness plus boba. It's my first time having the combination and it was... delicious. The cashier is super helpful at explaining everything and that's how I ended up finding out that you can customizethe sweetness of the drinks. She even offered me a sample so I could see whether I liked it or not before placing my order. Howcool is that! ???? I like how they have the Regular and Large size cups out for you to see. I decided on the Large as I believeit's a better value ???? and ended up drinking the entire thing. Glad I did as it was a HOT day and I sure was thirsty! Staff was friendly! I had a particular drink in mind that I could not find on the menu. The staff worked with me to get... something similar put together. I appreciated there willingness to make what I wanted as close to it as possible. I hadsomething similar to a strawberry slush with regular (black) boba. The boba was good, not dried out/hard like some places. Thestrawberry slush when first prepared was visually pretty with boba in the bottom. I shake/stir my boba (which is the pictureincluded in this review). I was disappointed that within just a few minutes the entire drink separated into slush on top and the?juice? on the bottom. Within less than 5 minutes it was more like drinking fruit juice with boba. The flavor was pretty good,but not the best. I would try another drink here as service was great. This is a nice little neighborhood Boba tea shop. It is clean and bright. The staff is helpful, congenial, and kind. The prices... are average. The drinks are great. It?s extra nice that you can control the level of sweetness. Every shop should do that. Mypersonal favorite is the Thai milk tea. I will be back to try more! Read more

The Popcorn Chicken is Taiwanese style... very crunchy with a touch of 5-spice. Highly recommended. The only disappointment was... the low quantity per order. The Matcha Ube with Aloe Vera was really good. I liked the firm, crisp texture of the aloe verapieces. The only thing that I didn't like was the non-dairy creamer that they use. I would like to see more places use premiumgrade teas, natural organic milk or premium milk alternatives, and all natural fruit purees and syrups. No artificialingredients or preservatives. Read more
ROSE LYCHEE MILK TEA WITH BLACK BOBA: The best milk tea and boba I've ever had. I can taste the rose and the lychee. It's on the... sweet side so if you don't want that you might want to go lower on the sweetness. But I think it's really good how it comes. Andthe boba is the best boba I've ever had. It's soft and not not hard or gummy. This is how all boba should be. Although, I amcurious on how they make the drinks and the ingredients they use. I was told they use non-dairy creamer in their milk teas andit's flavored with rose and lychee syrup, so I'm curious on what that actually means. POPCORN CHICKEN: I love this popcornchicken. It's so good! The chicken looks like actual chicken and it's crispy with an amazing seasoning. I'm not sure how theymake it or what the flavor it is, but it's not your average American popcorn chicken. You can also get spicy seasoning on theside and a side of chilli sauce. I went to another boba drink shop that had popcorn chicken and it was not as good as thisplace. I highly recommend. Overall rating: I highly recommend this place. I recommend trying ?? the Hakkaido milk tea with boba, mango stars & egg pudding! Don?t forget to ask for extra sweet too, if... you?re like me ???? This place was very good! All boba can be pricey but for hope sweet I got mine and how many add-ins I got,this was worth it. Very yummy! I also got the strawberry tea which was SUPER good!!! Came just for a Banh Mi. I normally get grilled chicken, but that wasn?t an option here so I got the grilled beef. It was good,... veggies were super fresh on it. Just wish there was a bit more too it, filling wise. When I grabbed it, it felt suuppeerrrrlight, like there was just bread in there. Good flavor, just needs more substance. Read more
