Reviews for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Chandler, AZ
Just got home from ordering through the drive thru (8:33pm). I get charged $17.18 for what was supposed to be a Caniac Combo. I... get home at 8:55pm, only to notice that only have 4 pieces of chicken? How are you going to inflate your prices, and not fulfillthe correct order? Terrible. I don?t think it was even that busy to mess up an order. There was only two other cars ahead ofme. EDIT: 9:16pm - I just now noticed that the coleslaw is missing, as well. Seriously, Canes? I?m missing 3 items. I getcharged $5 more for is pretty much a box combo, but that?s not what?s I ordered. Read more
I was a little excited when I came across the listing for a Chicken Finger place. Overall, I was a little disappointed.... However, it could be I'm just not the target audience. The food was average and the atmosphere was rowdy. Not from thecustomers, but from the staff. It felt like you were on a high school field trip bus. Between singing in unison, laughing, andhaving a great time, they make your food. Not horrible. Probably just not for me. Read more
The chicken strips were tiny. The restaurant closed rather abruptly. They closed the dining area at 10:30. My son could... finish his meal as they said they were closing. Even though the website and door schedule indicated they are open until 12:00. The quality and value of the product was disappointing. Read more
Its been awhile since I've eaten here. But did the food shrink? Chicken strips are now chicken nuggets. Texas toast are now... French toast sticks. It's not really toast cause one side is cooked. Asked them to cook both sides took an extra 10 mins. Askedfor lite ice so they gave me extra ice 3 sips and done. 15 dollars really not worth it. Everything tastes the same. Just waysmaller then I remembered. Read more

The Lobby was very clean and tidy. The order camequickly. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Cane's Sauce is an amazing compliment for the Chicken Fingers. I highly recommendthis location to anyone needing a tasty bite to eat with great service! Read more
This is the first I?ve ever tried Raising Canes. I?ve been hearing good things about it for years and so I decided to try it... since I was in town. First things first, I enjoyed it! The food was hot and fresh and filling and the service wasgood. Unfortunately, I arrived just after a lunch rush and so the table was a little dirty. But I saw the staff starting toclean just about as I was leaving so I presume it is usually pretty clean. ???? The reason for four stars only I?d that Itwasn?t an outstanding experience. The fried chicken was rather bland. Not bad, but not blow-your-socks-off good, either. And the?Cane Sauce? was simply peppery fry sauce? meh. Overall a good experience and I wouldn?t turn away if I have the opportunity togo back, but I probably won?t choose to on my own, due to the bland, heavy food it serves. Read more
Great fast service. The drive through does it right. The food, of course, is excellent. This location is a new favorite.
Canes is a great fast food restaurant. The training of the employees is first class. If there is any issue, they fix it! The... chicken fingers are good, the french fries are good, but the Canes fry sauce is the best. You could eat shredded cardboard withthat sauce and it would be good. Always fast friendly efficient service and reasonable prices. Read more
