Amazing food served by amazing people with excellent Customer service Highly recommend to all Great tacos but my favorite is the... Pollo Bowl complete meal all in one at a very low price. Enough food to eat off of several times. Great seasoned food cook withcare I can't say enough. Then to be served by such great staff of amazing people we with upbeat positive attitudes. I picked up food to go today 1 they forgot my tortillas 2 the Mac and cheese tasted funky and 3 the chicken was still pink and... tasted like old reheated chicken it wasn?t even moist this location is a no go oh and they also didn?t add my dressing to mysalad everything that could go wrong went wrong Read more
Ordered the 4 piece meal. The chicken was extremely overooked, it was dry and crunchy. In addition, the pieces were so tiny,... that the salsa cups were bigger. We barely got 4oz of chicken in 3 pieces, we paid for 4 but got only 3 pieces. Will never goback and am canceling my account. Read more
I guess I have now learned my lesson. Disappointed once again. Got home and noticed my order was not right. They gave me 3... pieces on cold, dry chicken on my salad. The forgot one of our items. I will check out another location. This one is in need ofsome assistance. Read more
Food was okay. The salads were gross (no dressing provided), the chicken was greasy, but the churros were delicious! The service... was odd...the staff seemed confused. The line took a long time to move; and there were only 3 poeple ahead of us! Read more
Good food at a great price, but the customer service is really rough! They were unorganized and probably weren?t following their... training. All orders had an order number, but instead of calling that, they called customer names, or descriptions of meals. Ittook forever to get our food. They gave my burrito to someone else, who brought it back. They then turned and handed it to me.(I just hoped they hadn?t opened it or tasted it.) Overall, it was like a bad SNL skit. Read more
Staff was nice but family meal was completely burnt and charred to a dry crisp. I don't like picking thru my food for the "good... parts." And especially don't like wasting my$. Check your chicken. Juicy not dry please. Read more
