We have been coming here since it opened a few years ago. It is a very good dim sum restaurant, definitely in the top 2 in the... Valley. The wait time can be a bit off putting, but it is definitely worth it. The food comes very quickly when you are seated.The dim sum is very traditional Cantonese style, similar to what you would find in Hong Kong, but at a better price and with afew artistic and culinary twists. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The service can be a bit slow, but it is alwaysan extremely busy place. The women who push the carts are extremely friendly and personable if you speak even just a little bitof the language. It probably would be a good idea for dim sum first timers to maybe watch a YouTube video or even do a modestgoogle search to see what the different dishes are. The carts come fast and and each one has many dishes so to ask about eachdish kind of defeats the spirit of the fast paced service. My advice is just point to what looks good, try it, and then comeback and try something else. Overall, an excellent place to enjoy a dim sum brunch. Read more
