Great service at this location. They are fast and friendly. The pizza itself is really good. I got a regular crust with chicken... and black olives. The prices are a little high, but prices everywhere are going up. Read more
Ordered pizza at 10:15 online.. after about an hour and a half called store because my order said delivered well it wasn?t. They... assured me it was on the way with a door dasher.. it?s only 2 miles to my home.. they never showed up so I tried calling thestore and of course no answer.. so no food no great service no money back nothing.. so to say the least I?m very upset!! I placed my order just before 10am for one large 13$ cheese stuff crust pizza. The "manager" called me and stated it would be 1... 1/2 for delivery. I began to ask simple question like "oh, what time did u guys open" "Are that many people ahead of me for apizza" he got very rude and became aggressive stating "do u want your pizza or not" "I'm going to hang up on you now". I amliterally in tears for the way this "manager" spoke to me. I said "ok, we can wait, will u be discounting the order or adding anextra pizza?" He again aggressively said "no, do u want your pizza or am I canceling it" he then proceeded to hang up on me andwhen I called again he hung up on me immediately when he knew it was me after saying "you have been refunded". I called anotherPapa Johns because I'm in tears for the way I was spoken to when I was nothing but polite. This person should not be working incustomer service. I really hope this person is not the manager of this store and if so he should be fired. I am still blown awaywith how rude this person was to me when I was trying to order a pizza for my sick children. Read more
I stopped coming here after the horrible experience I had 6 years back. But I had guests and they wanted Papa Johns. I told them... the experience I had last time, and they told me "I'm sure they are better by now". Loved proving them wrong. Order $44 worth ofpizzas that were estimated an hour. Waited an hour and a half and tried calling 5 times and kept getting disconnected after 1minute. Drove the mile up the street and could see he was short staffed.I told him I tried calling but nobody was answering. Heclearly didn't care. I told him my name and he said they're busy and my name is on the bottom of the list. I then just canceledmy order and went to Pizza Hut that had my order done in 30 minutes. Let me tell you we hardly ever get Papa John's anymore because they are too expensive. But we did for the first time on a year.... It was the first meal I tried to enjoy with my husband in an awful lot of time. I love thin crust and square cut. The employeef*^*^ up and cut it regular then realized I asked for squares and he butchered the pizza in what turned to be small trianglebits as big as a quarter and long, disgusting slices that he didn't even bothered to chop further. Not ONE SINGLE SQUARE was inmy box and for how much I paid, this sh%# shouldn't have happened! I am so sorry I didn't stick to Pizza Hut. At least they getthe order right! Read more
They use door dash for delivery. Its takes twice the quoted time and there's nothing ANYONE can do. Either pick it up yourself... or don't order. Period. Foods fresh and accurate but not when delivered by DOOR DASH, which isn't disclosed online whenordering. Read more
