Ordered online from UberEats Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and Bagel Pack with Chive Onion Cream Cheese Tub and Plain Cream... Cheese Spread Tub price was decent as I paid about $35 not including tips or delivery fees, food was okay won't say perfect,could be better, I asked to slice bagels in half which is one of the biggest mistakes I did as it wasn't sliced evenly!! And thepackaging wasn't the best as the packed the cinnamon crunch bagel with the Asiago bagel and sesame bagel in the same bag whichall catches the cinnamon flavor. So I would recommend if you're ordering online to ask to separate the bagels and not to slicethe bagels. Read more
This is a nice Panera location. I'm honestly not a huge fan of the food. I feel like it's a little overpriced and bland, but the... unlimited sip club makes coming here worth it. The people at this specific location were all great! Read more

I?ve been to this location a number of times. The green goddess cob salad is great. Sadly it?s the only reason I continue to... come here. Not once have I been here without being spoken to as if I?m an inconvenience. From attempting to to order to askingfor condiments I?m ignored at the counter. I have very positive mindset in life and am not easily offended. This place needs tochange their overall attitude. The drive through staff has been helpful and pleasant but dining in has consistently been anunpleasant experience. Is it too much to ask that the staff proactively show their patrons that we?re valued? Read more

This location is tucked away in the Crossroads TC plaza making it less crowded than other locations. The staff are generally... polite and Elaine is an absolute gem. However, I recommend you order through the app. The staff won't tell you about anypromotions or specials and you will be over charged at the register. Elaine is the only exception and she remembers your order. Read more
The ordering kiosks are difficult to navigate, and getting help to operate them is next to impossible. The credit card machine... at our kiosk was not working. We had to wait a long time to get help. There was a single worker in front of house at lunch time,and she called a manager to help with another customer, and then stood there watching the manager solve the problem withouttrying to assist other customers who had been waiting. This place could really turn things around with some good training, andwith removing the awful self serve kiosks. Read more
