I hate this panda. Trash customer service. When i go in person, so I odered from them through uber eats, and they gave me no... meat orange chicken instead of just making a new batch of real orange chicken. they must have been low on chow mein so they hidmore fake orange chicken under the chow mein so that it looked more full then it was. Still it was mostly onions and cabbage andvery short peices of noodle like they scrapped it from the bottom of the barrel. A perfect metaphor for this location bottom ofthe barrel service. The lady who served my food also took my cash and used the same gloves and she touched her face several times. I went go eat my... food and get my drink and the box and cup smelled really bad due to the unsanitary stinky gloves. I never once saw her changegloves on multiple orders. Came in because I had filled out one of the surveys on their receipts for a free entree item. When I got there they wouldn't let... me use it because they said I had to pay for a plate and then I get an extra entree item. However, the back of my receipt didn'tstipulate that and if I had known that I probably wouldn't have come in. Not the worst thing in the world, but wish theywould've worked with me on that. They also got my wife's order wrong and when she said it was ok, they tried to up sale her withan extra entree item that she originally asked for. That and the whole receipt thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Food wise itwas up to standard Panda, but I probably won't be visiting this location again. Read more
Don't go to thus location. Last three (3) time I have been in there they say they are out of food and not making more. I... understand the first time it was 30 minutes before closing. However, this time and the last it was 50 minutes before closing.Today got there at 8:43. They close at 9:30. The girl said I could only get fried rice, said noodles take a very long time tomake. Also I could not get Beijing beef, again it takes to long amd they are cleaning. I remember restaurants serving untilclose to closing amd they clean after. Today I went to Hot Wok on Mcqueen and ray rd. Last time I went to a panda on gilbert,they actually were making peons orders as the ordered son they would not waste food. Amazing service. Read more
We've had notoriously poor experiences at most Panda Express locations, so this was nothing new. $45 order from this location.... Beef and Broccoli had literally 2.5 pieces of beef and tons of broccoli. My wife orders the same thing every time which comeswith two orders of the honey walnut shrimp. Two orders of shrimp from here was six pieces. And you have to pay extra when you dohoney walnut shrimp. It was an absolute joke. I only got a picture of the broccoli beef that I dumped out of the box onto mytake out lid. I called the manager and she said that next time we order, she'll make sure that the employee responsible, "doesit correctly." Well thank you for bending over backwards to make it right and assuming, incorrectly, that there will be a, "nexttime." *Update* (4/21/22) We had an order go sideways tonight from Uber Eats and I called and talked to a, "Tamera," who statedshe was the assistant manager. She listened quietly while I ranted, and I would like to say that I was polite, but I'm ashamedto say that I wasn't. She listened quietly and then when I was done, apologized profusely for the mistake and made it right. I'msuper impressed with her. She is old school customer service and will no doubt be heading upstairs from where she is. As long asshe has anything to do with this location, we will be customers there. Really friendly staff. Fresh egg rolls, they came right out of the fryer and it only took like 7 minutes. The reason why I?m... giving 4 stars is because my chao main was burned so I didn?t love the taste. Will go back tho. Small chao main, 4 egg rolls, nodrinks $12. Read more
I am 3 months pregnant and I have been craving Panda Express lately. Today I finally went and got some. I ordered a bowl of chow... mein and teriyaki chicken, and my boyfriend order a plate with rice/chow mein with teriyaki chicken and angus steak. My orderwas correct but the chicken was not cut through. My boyfriends order had orange chicken instead of the teriyaki chicken that hehad ordered. They fixed it with out any issues.
