I rarely dine in anymore at most restaurants. My experience with Olive Garden was based on ordering to go over the phone. The... individual who took my order was polite while taking the order and accurate after reading it back to me. The person who cashedme out for almost $90 after the tip was also very efficient and polite. They even gave me a different drink after I explainedthe peach tea tasted like fake brisk tea and was no good. So I had no issue with the staff at all. The reason for my 2 starswas my food. Yes, yes - if I want better food I should probably skip the chain and make it at home. Yet, sometimes things keepyou from cooking at home so you order out. On those occasions, after you spend over $75 for 3 entrees, 2 take home specials,and 2 drinks, is it too much to ask that your food is actually edible? Attached is a picture of a stuffed shell from my entree. Notice the discoloration on the pasta shell itself. Now our best guess is 1 of 2 things most likely transpired. Due to thestuffed shells not being a primary seller, either the shells got freezer burn or someone over microwaved them with parts exposedand caused it to become hard, flavorless, rubbery and as stated previously, inedible! I was only fortunate to have gotten thesalad and there were bread sticks so that I actually still got to eat. So, I do realize that there are staff shortageseverywhere and that many of those working in restaurants are overworked and often underpaid. The only reason I gave this 2stars was because of the staff. If this was just based on food, I would have given a no star review for an entree of cheesestuffed shells that is basically $20 after taxes and was like leather on some parts and rubber on others. Next time I will tryand convince my family to order from my favorite local spot if possible because I would rather not waste my money on afreezer/microwave burned entree that is only destined for my trash can. Food itself was good as always and the place looked clean but service the day we went was below par. It’s a shame, the... location looks beautiful. It was late so I would understand things being slow but this was just not a good day. When we came inthe table looked clean, and we felt very welcome and were looking forward to dinner. Then the server comes out with mysister’s food and drops it on the floor. Which hey, it was late and accidents happen so I didn’t think much of it. Theycleaned it up quickly and brought out another plate. Later though, 30 minutes roll around and I still haven’t gotten my soupyet, everyone else gets their food. Usually the soup is one of the first things that come out when I order at Olive Garden.Normally I might not mind but like I said, it was late and I had been hungry for more than a while. We had to ask another serverto get the soup ready, I assume our waitress forgot it. Got the soup, it was good and I thought things were going smoothly. Thenour waitress comes back to refill water. And she spills it right on the floor and some splashes on me. And just keeps pouring.At least try to apologize or acknowledge the water is overflowing from the cup and onto the floor please. I figure it must havebeen a long night so I didn’t say anything. Then after that, an employee carrying a trash can runs into my mom with it. Atleast this person apologized. So hey at least we got to eat and they said free dessert as compensation. So I’m thinking okay,I’ll take it. Our waitress asks if we want strawberry topping on the cheesecake. We say yes. The cheesecake comes out with nostrawberries. Why did you ask? Now I’m thinking I’ve had a long night, we tidied up and left soon after. Overall, I can’tsay it’s a great experience but at least I got to eat dinner. Read more

This place has always been very delicious! But since prices have gone up we don't eat at this place alot anymore but when we do... they always satisfy us with their service and how good their food will always be! Read more

Breadsticks were not packed in a bag to keep them warm, not sure if it is new packaging but definitely a miss. Food was good.... Hearty portions and I did like the to you packaging for the salad. Read more

As always, amazing food and great service, we ordered from lunch options and it was a great portion, big enough but on a cheaper... price. (Which was GREAT!) We also ordered some delicious mozzarella sticks, great appetizer to start with. As always, reallyenjoyed the salad and bread sticks, everything is very good here. Also, this time, we ordered Rum Punch and a Margarita whichcame with a shot of Amaretto to be added or drinked as desired, cocktails were delicious. Read more

The minestrone soup was delicious. The shrimp scampi was okay. I ordered it to keep my calorie count low.

Olive Garden is my children's go to for their birthday. We always get Free dessert. Italian donut dipped in raspberry and... chocolate sauce is oir favorite. I always love their Zupa Tuscana, that I sometimes reolicate it at home. We try to getdifferent pasta everytime we go. This time it's Rigatoni with grilled chicken and Alfredo sauce, Rigatoni with ground beef andmarinara sauce and Ravioli. This place is clean and served is very attentive. Read more
