Wow! Every time we come here, we are blown away by the incredible service and talent! Oscar makes doing what he does look easy,... but I know that there is only one place you can get things done that well with such an incredible show! Molly was alsoincredible! We had a wonderful conversation and it was nice to relate on some things while she accomplished so much at the sametime! If you are thinking of coming here, stop thinking about it and just do it. It will be well worth it! I recommend sittingon the grill side for the added show but the sushi side is just as delicious! Read more

I have been here 3 times now . Each time the service has been very bad, but the sushi has been good. Yesterday was horrible all... around and they lost my business forever. Ordered 3 rolls and nigiri. Noticed 15 minutes later that there were no sushi chefspreparing the food. A few minutes after that 2 chefs come running through the door and start making sushi . They did not washtheir hands . Ordered 3 rolls , received 5 rolls was charged for 4 rolls . None of the sushi we ordered was made correctly,(missing ingredients/ extra ingredients/ wrong sauce / wrong/ no garnish) the rice was not fresh , and the rolls looked throwntogether. Read more

We ended up getting up and leaving before we even ordered. We walked in and the girl looked at us like Why are you here. There... was six of us and we asked to sit at the grill which once again looked at us like we were crazy. We get seated and mind youthere was only people at 2 tables. We say there for a while with out even getting asked what we would like to drink. My friendwent to the bathroom and came back seconds later and said Nope I'm not going in there. We just got up and left Read more

I am new to the area and was referred to this place is a fun experience so I decided to take my family and my in-laws for dinner... to celebrate my mother-in-law?s birthday. I was Ernie from my reservation but I must say when I got there I was surprised by therudeness of one of the young ladies that worked there. She was rude and disrespectful and didn?t have a problem telling us wewere not welcome there however the chef came out and said that he would be more than glad to provide service. From there onOscar and Angela did a excellent job Accommodating me and my family. The food was great and although Angela was a new hire sheprovided excellent service However I don?t think me and my family are going to return their future the hospitality received whenwe arrived. Ninja Japanese Restaurant never ceases to amaze me. Their sushi is the best I have had in the east valley. So, so delicious! ... They have a great selection of sushi and appetizers. Their teppanyaki dishes are also amazing! Definitely a place you mustvisit. Read more

Place has been here for a long time. If you live nearby, then a good option for all you can eat sushi. It was $23.99 per person... at the time of this review. Plenty of apps, and even Japanese bowls included on there as well. Tempura calamari was a nice app,but better sized to share. Sushi was OK, but limit of two eel nigiri per person. Plenty of competent rolls, although some mightbe too hot for those not accustomed to hot peppers. If you order a large amount of sushi it will come all at once, so you mighthave to wait until the one chef working on your order makes it all, since they do not share the load even if the others aren'tbusy, and are in fact on their cell phone, while you wait. We could have gotten our order in half the time otherwise. So thatpart of the service was slow and annoying as we watched one chef silly make our order, while the other twiddled his thumbs asthere were no other customers yet as we went before the dinner rush to get fast service, which we didn't get anyway. Pretty goodservice by the waiter on the floor can't really make up for this, although ours tried. So if you live in Chandler it is an OKchoice if you know this. If you live in north Phoenix there are options there for AYCE sushi, which can be better and faster, without eel limit, but might not accommodate as many customers, so unless that is requirement, then likely spare yourself thedrive.
