I went in to pick up an order for my boss. I check in tell them the name and also order a smoothie because the online order said... it would not be ready until 4:52. I got there at 4:39. They call out the name for the online order and present me with onejuice. The order is for three 4 smoothie bowls and and 3 smoothies. I let the girl know and she tells me it will be a minute. Itis a fairly large order so i wait for about 30 min and call my boss to check what time she placed the order she had ordered at4:24 so i got up again and its 5:19 almost a full hour. When i get up there they start pulling everything out of the freezer.Meaning the order was done and no one told me. I was sitting on to the left of the counter for the past 45 minutes. I ask if ithad been done for a while and was told ?no we literally just made them. We just got super slammed?. So either it had been doneand sitting in the freezer for a while as I suspect or they had just finished it and decided not to tell me??? Either way ileave and get back to work and guess what they forgot my GMs smoothie. Of all the people of course it was my GM. Needless to saydo not waste your time here. Large variety of healthy juice, smoothie, & power bowls. Staff is very kind & helpful. They easily agreed to use coconut water... instead of cashew milk for my order given my cashew allergy.
