The new ordering system, using a screen instead of talking to a person, is weak. If you need to talk to anyone for any reason... (like, for us the kiosk wouldn't let us pay so we waited for several minutes to pay for the order) you end up standing at thecounter for sometimes a very long time. Also, even if it's is empty inside it seems to take forever to get your order. Thishad happened at a couple different McDonald's. We will not be going back until customer service is important again. Fantastic experience. Went through the drive thru and the service was impeccable 9:05pm 10/30/22 Got a Qtr Pounder W Cheese and... a Big Mac ???? Our kiddo was hungry so we ended up going drive-thru while running tons of errands. Quick and easy, remember no matter what... always check your the bags and taste the drinks before driving away. Good rule going anywhere. ???? Read more
My food was okay for the first quarter pounder with cheese but the second one was unlike any food I've bought from McDonald's in... 50yrs!!! It was burned black dry and not edible. I was too far away when I discovered the burnt burger. Not only that it took along time when I only had one car ahead of me in the drive up window. There was only a few people inside the building so I guessit took more time to burn the meat black and hard as a rock. I wasn't giving them a hard time as I only ordered my food and thatwas the extent of the conversation till I paid for my food. The drive up window was absolutely disgusting. Spittle all over thebuilding around the window and surrounding area. I should have taken that as a clue of what was to come. Even the milkshake wasnot blended all the way but I didn't dare let them touch it again. I have to ask for napkins to clean the outside of themilkshake that was dripping down the sides of the cup. All in all the absolutely worse McDonald's I've experienced from coast tocoast and up and down the USA. Luckily I don't visit any of them on a regular basis. And now I'm staying as far away as possibleas the images are still fresh in my mind. That's going to take an awfully long time to erase that vision when I just think aboutMcDonald's no matter where it might be. This review is 100% accurate and did happen to me when I went to the wild horse dragracing track up in the Phoenix area a short time ago. Take my advice and bring a bag lunch. You'll thank me for it. I work near this particular McDonald's and come here on my lunch break. The restaurant is located inside a convenience store. I... usually order the same thing and my order is always hot and made quickly. The employees seem friendly and provide good customerservice. Well drive thru only at the moment, I really hope they finished quick so truck drivers can sit and have a hot meal.
This is were you eat, only when you're STARVING. Customer service was defibrillator not taught here, do not risk eating at... this joke. Plus the staff all look related. I had to physically walk in three times. They kept screwing up THE SAME ORDER.Then the women I assume is the supervisor. Put my bacon they forgot to add. In a chicken nugget box on the side. There weren't any outlets for the customers to charge laptops or phones. My phone was completely dead and I wanted to use my... mcdonalds app to add my rewards points and it would of been extra convenient if this location provided complimentary access toelectricity. Read more
