I came here tonight my daughter who is two loves midnight McDonald's plus I'm pregnant so it was a heck yeah let's go for me,... well the little girl in the window that hands out the food tried to deny taking my order, then a nice lady from another car waslike I'll get you what you need so I placed my order with that lady in the car as I go to the side of McDonald's and wait forthe lady that had just ordered my food for us the little girl who denied taking my order for her little friends about three ofthem and went to the drive thru window and started pinging and laughing as I said " you didn't have to get your friend and laughat me and my two year old" she said "b**** I'm laughing cause I'm wondering why you still here standing there looking stupid" Isaid "what if your name so I can come in tomorrow and talk to your manager" she said "all you need to know is that your a lowlife" ????. I'm thankful for the lady that placed my order for me she was so good and a blessing, as for the little girl I'mhighly disappointed but I will pray for you.?? Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE and not one employee or manager was concerned with how I was treated or what happened during my lengthy visit.... I was basically ignored the entire time and the few times anyone spoke to me (even when trying to place my order the girl wasdoing other things and clearly has zero multitasking skills) the girl was rude and seemed irritated that I was even thereplacing an order. Then when the items I wanted were not available after waiting over 15 mins in line I asked for the managerand he was as rude and ignorant and the girl at the counter. I don't know why companies hire people who clearly have no ideawhat the word customer service means and the overall lack of training on how to treat customers is shameful. This must be the worst McD's anywhere. They are slow, think they ate doing you a favor instead of their job by taking your... order. And 50% of the time your order will not be correct, and management could not care less and God forbid of you order thruUber. Read more
Worst staff ever. Arrived at this McDonald's at 8pm Saturday night and went inside to place an order. Stood at the counter for... 5+ minutes and was never once acknowledged by any of the staff, including the manager. The staff had plenty of time to havepersonal conversations, to walk around me to fill their personal drink cups (Unless you allow them to drink from customer ordersnow) and just ignore the fact someone wanted to order. Once a manager looked at me as I was leaving having been ignored thewhole time, she offered no apology or anything. Go to a different McDonald's. This one is trash. Read more
I've been here a handful of times and always seems to be backed up, I get that when there's rushes, but they seem to move slow... and dont care about being fast and efficient.. I went inside just for a drink and large fries and waited over 10 mins for it.They gave my order to someone else and they finally asked me what I ordered, and I told them, they gave me cold, soggy fries.Ice machine was out of ice and no lids. I know it's just a McDonalds but waiting that long for fries is kinda ridiculous. Read more
Came here on a Friday night and dear God this drive thru is extremely slow. I was inline for over 30 minutes just to order... food. I know places are slow with help these days but on a Friday night the owner doesn't seem to care . I was worried that bythe time I made it to order they would say they were closed Definitely avoid this place late at night on uh weekends Read more
If you come here at midnight or later, be prepared to spend up to an hour in the drive through. Also, they probably will only be... accepting cash, which you won't know until you reach the menu and you are asked if cash is ok. I suspect they only stay open totake advantage of Doordash and other food delivery services, and couldn't care less about regular customers. Read more
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would I came here on a Thursday, service was so slow. Waited about 20-30 mins for an Iced... Caramel Coffee that didn?t even taste like an Iced Caramel Coffee. I also came here the night before and waited in the drivethru longer (about 30 mins+) than I would have at any other McDonalds for a couple soft drinks and the person taking my ordercouldn?t even speak loud enough and was bad at customer connection. Self Order Machine couldn?t even accept card payments aswell. Read more
