This place sucks. I was served hot cakes and sausage by a trainee and her preceptor that didn't know what they were doing. They... messed my whole breakfast up. Cold pancakes, no syrup. I had to ask for it. One butter. The guy at training someone is wellbelow lack of what good service means. He didn't remember what I ordered within one minute of my order. He didn't know whatsubstitute sugar is. He even said they only have regular sugar. When I asked if they don't serve people with diabetes, high BPet al, he had no clue. Very disappointing. Read more
The drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. But the employees run and hide when pull up to menu or windows. I saw them and... banged on windows to no avail. I work nights and wanted something to eat. One of the few places around my job that is open. Read more
Just went there for grandkids lunch. Used the drive through. They noticed our very cute dog and offered her a pup cup. She... loved it!!! Got home and kids enjoyed all their food. Read more
I live close to this McDonald's and I can't remember a good experience from this location. In the past, I've ordered mcnuggets... and received them raw, but they were refusing to give me new ones. It took me some arguing to get it. Their service is terribleand staff just don't care. I would give a zero star rating if I could. The kiosk doesn't work right - I thought it would be moreconvenient, but ended up being inconvenient. I ordered through the kiosk, then I had to wait in line because it didn't have thetable tent numbers needed to pay at the kiosk. So it ended up taking longer than just waiting in line. Read more

All the opened tables were dirty. None of the staff seems to take regular trips out to clean the tables. The area where the soda... machine is located was absolutely disgusting. The coke would mist all over your hand. The ketchup dispenser actually worked, butthere was ketchup all over the place. There was about 3 large and 2 small cup lids left in the dispenser. They only had a fewnapkins left, those were on the table, the napkin dispenser was completely empty. Read more
