The door clearly states that the dining room is open until 10pm. It was closed at 8:11pm on a Saturday.
Best McDonald?s on planet Earth! Very clean and open lobby. Super friendly staff. I lost my wallet here by accidentally throwing... it in the trash with my breakfast trash. The team at the McDonalds listened to me and helped me search by reviewing video tape.One very smart worker searched the bottom of the trash bin for me and found it. Unfortunately very disappointing. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and no acknowledgement of the situation by anyone. No... apology, and only admitting that our order got deleted. Quarter Pounders have become crazy too salty, and on top of everythingelse their ice cream machine was not working. It?s also a little annoying that they give to go bags with every order even thoughthey ask for here or to go. Terrible experience and won?t be back. It?s one thing to be slow, but zero customer service is notacceptable. Read more
Ordered large mango pineapple smoothie, paid for large and got a medium instead. I told them that I paid for a large not medium... and they the machine that does that which doesn?t make sense. I don?t recommend this branch. Read more
Love the evening crew here. At 1940 on 9/23 we rolled through the drive thru for a big Mac bundle. For reference, says store... closes at 2000 (maybe that's the lobby?). You know how you see big macs pictured on ads and they never are the same? Guesswhat! They were picture perfect. Fries hot, chicken nuggets fresh, and employees are so attentive. My expectations for fast food service are super low to begin with. This place set a new record for disappointment. I had to... explain to the braindead zoomer on edibles that took my order the difference between ordering a sandwich and a combo meal. Ittook 2 of these guys and a manager to figure out what I meant by ?two number 2c combo meals.? Naturally, they still managed toget it wrong and give me the wrong food in the wrong size. Again, I don?t expect much from any fast food place but this was theabsolute worst experience and service I?ve ever had. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered my daughter a cheeseburger happy meal. Got home and all that is on it is cheese,... mustard, and pickles. No patty. Called the store multiple times afterward and got no answer. Read more
This mcdonalds is constantly a problem. The food coming from here is terrible. The service even worse. Extremely rude. Food... thats obviously been sitting in warming treys for too long without being flipped. A disgraceful way to run a food establishment.Maybe hire some actual good workers and not the usual kids. Oh wait they are the only ones wont dont know that mcdonaldsliterally screws their employees. I feel sorry for everyone here. Read more
