This is the best McDonald's in the east valley, especially the night crew! They keep the inside clean, which is important when... you have little ones. They have a great play area, where the entire family can sit while supervising your kids. Most important,the food is always fresh and good! This place taught me one thing - always always double check your order before you leave the drive thru. My order was incomplete,... didn?t receive the chicken burger and fries. I was deeply disappointed today 9/11 at 4:45 PM when I took my family for dinner at this location . I have lived in Ocotillo... community for 3 years and I have visited many McDonald's my whole life like many other patrons of the iconic McDonald brand.This location has been getting worse for a while and still going downhill. First impressions are everything and a dirtyrestaurant is not a good first impression.The staff is is young and completely untrained to my observation. What qualifies me tosay this I've been in the food business many years as a young adult as I transition into sales down the road. The shift managerhas no idea how to manage people. What sparked this review was how dirty the restaurant was from the Playland to the kitchen theplace needs a good deep cleaning. The shift manager was aware of it when I brought it to her attention but she says they're toobusy. That's not an excuse . My first job was at Arby's in the early 90s and our manager made sure the the storefront to thekitchen was clean for the majority of the day.. I am hoping they'll correct this I know good help is hard to find. But teachingsomeone how to clean doesn't take a lot of math or a lot of school. Read more
The gentlemen working outside at the menus were very polite. Felt bad that the company has them standing out here in the heat.... One was training you could tell. He needed help but both were kind. Pink Meat! A few weeks ago, my partner and I went through their drive thru. Hungry and exhausted from a long day; we were eager... to get back home. Got back home and my partner takes a bite of his burger just to notice the meat wasn't cooked. Both hamburgerswere checked and both had Pink patties. Got back in the car, waited in the line, get to window 1 and the manager assumed wewanted them to re-make new burgers. Instead, we requested a refund. The manager never apologized just said "so you want somefries or something?" I just wanted a cooked burger after a long day and maybe check the temps. Keep the apology. Here's myreview! Read more
The dumbest staff ever. Ordered a BLT no tomato and got a completely plain burger. Not even bacon. Thanks for wasting my money.
