This particular location is horrible with delivery. They?re the exact opposite of ?freaky fast?. Don?t waste your time ordering... for delivery from them unless you want to wait well over an hour for a sandwich. This has happened so many times that I will nolonger give them our business. Read more
Placed an order for delivery around 630pm. The order went out at at 654pm. I waited and received nothing until I decided to call... around 730pm just to make sure that everything was ok. I was told there was one driver working that day(which I understand) butthat my order would be there without issue. So I thanked him and waited. Still nothing until i called again right before theyclosed about 755pm and sounded like someone else that gave me the "sorry for your inconvenience" speech as they said I can get arefund. I took the refund because obviously you were closed but i waited an hour and a half(not freaky fast) and still had tofigure out something else for dinner. This wouldn't be so bad if this hasn't happened in the past where I place an order and nodelivery is made. The app says it goes out for delivery and no delivered confirmation is made and if I don't call the storewould just assume it was delivered. Sad cause I really love Jimmy Johns but the service just isn't there on this one, sorry. Read more

It really frustrated me when I really wanted Jimmy Johns and I thought of the one in Chandler will always pick up the phone and... delivered a few times. Called today as a returning customer and was denied service for being one street past their range. Is notright if you are gonna work with someone and then make an excuse like that. Read more

If I could give a lower rating I would! This was the absolute worst experience ever! How is it that they are paid to take my... order and deliver exactly that, but they manage to screw it up so bad to where I wasn?t given the correct order and when Icorrected them they proceeded to charge me for a Second sandwich instead of comping it or refunding me then charging me thecorrect amount.
