Slow service took over an hour just to get one sandwich and I live across the street from the place. I also asked for cheese had... the nerve to ask me for a dollar after waiting an hour . They should be handing out FREE chips if the delivery takes an hour orlonger! Read more

Very SLOW location, takes about an hour during lunchtime because they ?get too busy?, but still takes over 40 minutes at night... because ?only have 1 driver? Food is good, but faster to order from somewhere else Read more

Never ate here before, and never will again I ordered a roast beef sub, heated. They don't heat their sandwiches I was told.... Seriously, how hard is it to have a microwave to heat a sandwich? Then the order was made all wrong Place is not worth stoppingat, go to the many other real sub shops, this one sucks! Read more

Awful customer service and absolute terrible ?general manager? Anthony. A few nurses ordered from here yesterday because the ER... is busy and delivery is easier. Our 2 large drinks were wrong. There were supposed to be Diet Coke, but definitely were regularCoke. I called to ask if they could be refunded or the correct ones brought instead and was told ?no? by Anthony. He said ?Iknow that diet and regular taste similar but I made them myself and they are correct?. For the most part, people who drink diethate the taste of regular soda and vice versa. So as someone who HATES the taste of regular soda, I know it was regular Coke.(So did the other nurse with the other drink) I asked if he could refund the drinks and he said ?no because I?d have to refundthe entire order?. I suggested to refund the order and then charge the card for the meals minus the drinks. He said ?no, becauseI made them and I know they?re right?. I?m sorry, what?! He stated he?s been the general manager for a long time and he?s right?so I asked for his boss? contact information. Supposedly the store owner is Jeremy and he also owns 2 other stores (which I hopeare ran better). When I asked for his contact information Anthony said he couldn?t give that out. He refused to give me an emailaddress, phone number or last name. He said he?d give Jeremy my info, which I doubt actually happened. I don?t know ANY businessowner or higher up that doesn?t have a dedicated phone number or email address that can be given out. So all in all, terriblecustomer service by a ?general manager? with an ego problem. I?m not surprised by all the negative reviews for this location.Maybe it?s time Jeremy hired some staff that represent his business better. Read more

I order from this location often. Not only myself, but for my staff as well. I understand wholeheartedly the staffing challenges... EVERYWHERE is facing and sometimes it takes longer than expected, and that's OK! Everyone needs to understand we are ALL doingthe best with what we are given that day... I applaud the guys that were in today, Saturday- 3/19/22, during a very busylunch-rush and held it together. Ya'll rock. <3 thank you. -Mrs. Curtis Read more

So I ordered my free birthday sub and left a great tip for delivery that is right down the street, well I guess when it?s free,... the quality also declines. My sandwich was completely missing cucumbers, which is a main part of the ?BEACH CLUB? . The lettucewas welted and the tomatoes were looking rough . I asked for EZ tomatoes and they gave me the 2 worst slices available. I alsoasked to add some EZ Dijon - not a speck of it on my sandwich. I am not happy with this location and thanks for the ?birthday?appreciation of messing up my meal. Read more

Tonight is my very first Jimmy John?s, #11 to be exact. Nom...Nom...Nom... Delicious, thank you. In the immortal words of yet... another Jimmy, I am now, experienced! Kudos to the absolute company asset who made my sandwich tonight. In the (maybe) sevenminutes total exchange, Kaitlyn managed to renew my faith in people again. Thank you JJ?s, for hiring kind souls.
