I used to be able to rely on a "freaky fast" lunch from this place but now they seem to not deliver anymore...

This Jimmy John's is always busy, yet they take the time to keep the place tidy and wiped down. I always order a Vito and the... sandwich makers do a good job of carefully crafting the sandwich so that all of the items are nicely placed in the bread andthen wrapped neatly. Great job! Read more
Ordered online, 11:56am. Got there early so I waited. Suddenly, everyone who is there gets their order and the place gets empty.... I keep waiting, nothing in the online order pickup table (which by the way says "Order online. No line. No wait. (No,seriously)"). No one even came to me to ask if I needed anything. Then the line begins to build again rapidly so I decided toask about my order. Cashier tells me I was supposed to "check in" if I didn't see my order on the pickup counter. The ladymaking the sandwiches [very rudely] says that they just got my order so I had to wait to have it done. Finally, I get my orderand they didn't even give me the cup for the drink. By the time I got out it was more than 20 minutes. It used to be lot cheaper(almost half the price) and so freaky fast that you would get your order before even paying for it. Second time (and last) Ivisit this location. Not recommended at all. Read more

Good food, but they took awhile to make them compared to otherJimmy Johns that I have been too. The music was also way too loud.
Placed an online order over an hour ago, called to find out it was still at the shop and was told "door dash doesn't understand... what's going on". Will not be ordering from here again. Read more
