I never really liked Jimmy John's to begin with because the meat is never freshly cut, and for some reason, they never slice the... bread all the way through which makes the sandwich meat always fall out when you bite into it. Anyways, decided to give it a trytoday and kindly asked if they could slice the bread completely in half (like a normal sub) but the guy looked dumbfounded andhad to ask his manager if they could do it. I said "of course you can...just cut the bread in half!" She said that's not how wemake our sandwich and then I asked "if I didn't want tomatoes on my #9, you would take them off right?" and she said "yes" andthen I said, "so what's the difference?" Anyways, she said she would do it this one time, and then I said, "great, it will bemy last time in here anyways." I gave this store 2 stars because my sandwich meat didn't fall out like it normally does so I'mglad I asked for it. I'll continue to bring my business to Port of Subs, Jersey Mikes and Subway (because they won't questionyou if you ask them to slice the bread all the way lol). Read more
Best jimmy johns ever. I ordered online as soon as they opened at 10:30 because I woke up craving jimmy johns. And i walked in... and they were just jamming having a good time and all said hello and just happy. Keep it up that set the pace for my day???????? Read more
The last THREE times I've been here they are closed at 4pm. If Jersey Mikes can stay open with the staffing issues they have,... why can't JJ? Also with Jersey Mikes being one mile away on Arizona and Ocotillo, your #1 competition just took my business forlife. Read more
Ordered a giant Beach Club for delivery. Not only was the bread hard and stale, but the cucumbers and tomatoes were soft and... mushy. The lettuce tasted metallic, and the avacado spread was already turning brown. After 2 bites, I threw the entiresandwich away. $20 down the drain. Hope it was worth it JJs, as I will never order another overpriced sandwich from your storeagain. Read more

Freaky fast must be a lose term used by JJ and is up for interpretation apparently. Sometimes this location is spot on and... quick, but 2 out of the last 3 deliveries took close to/over an hour. Got my delivery today 50 minutes after ordering and theyforgot my drink which the driver promised to grab it and come back... 10 minutes later I received an iced tea, absent the ice. What a shame. when i asked for water with my meal at the store, i was told that i needed to but a large cup for fifty cents. i am not sure... what the regular cup would have costs me, 25 cents?? is this a trend that store are now going to start to charge for WATER? Read more
