Came in on Tuesday night, despite them having a huge line and lots of orders, Jack and Joe still were extremely friendly. This... was my first time coming to the location and when I walked into the door these two greeted me with a huge smile. They werekilling it on the subs. Joe was doing hot subs and despite having a lot of subs did not mind making another one. Since it wassuper busy and my order took them awhile they were really nice and offered a free drink for the wait. But when I got home, the17 I ordered, was still warm and very well made. This location struggles pretty bad. I live in the area and have ordered/been to this location several times. This last... experience will be my last at this location. Placed an online order and confirmed for 12:00pm pickup. Got to the store at noonon the dot and it wasn?t ready. No big deal. I sat and waited patiently (nobody even acknowledged me when I went in and satdown). I waited for ten minutes and stood up to ask what was going on. Was told they were still making one of the sandwiches(only ordered two sandwiches). Waited another ten minutes for them to complete the order. Was out the door having waited over 20minutes from when it was supposed to be ready. There was very little sense of urgency from the staff and they clearly weren?tprepared for lunch, which in a sandwich shop is absolutely unacceptable. The lunch rush is the busiest time. Especially on afootball Sunday. There?s another location about 10 minutes from my house that I will frequent from now on. I do like JerseyMike?s food but I?d rather drive a little farther than have to wait an extra 20 minutes for two sandwiches. This shop needs newmanagement and/or staff desperately. Read more

I was the only customer, 2 employees, one in the back, the other on the phone which seemed like a difficult order. I waited... patiently. Noticed the prep area was a mess, obviously hadn?t been kept up. Also, hardly any bread. The employee finished up thephone call, but seemed annoyed to take my order. He made a take out order along with my sandwich. When that customer walked in,he served her first. The guy in the back only came out front to take my money. I have been ordering from Jersey Mikes for over 20 years. I love their sandwiches. This is the first time that this has... happened, I went to order my #13 when I was told that they had no bread and that they can make me a sub in a tub which to me isa salad. Who runs out of bread when they had 3 hours until closing. Instead of sitting on the counter you could have bake somebread. Read more
