They shut down their drive thru and swap to pickup only without letting anyone know which leads to me stuck in their drive thru... for half an hour and I can't even order. Maybe someone should puts some cones up or direct customers before we get trapped inthe drive thru? Read more

Kids make fun of how I talk while taking my order. Pretty sure they didn?t realize they had 2 headsets going but really made me... feel like garbages. Bit disturbing this is tolerated by management. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. This place is awful. Waited in the drive thru for almost an hour with only 3 cars in front of me.... All cars had small meals coming out the window so I?m not too sure why it took so long. Then I finally get to the window andthey asked me if I wanted ice in my small drink which I thought was weird. Well that?s because when I said yes they had to runto the back to get more ice. Took another 5 minutes. Oh the best part to all of this? I try my fries and they are COLD andmostly burnt. After all that waiting they are dead cold so what the heck could they have been doing back there for 45 MINUTES. Itry my grilled cheese burger and the amount of cheese on there made it disgusting,soggy, and extremely sloppy. Tacos werewaaayyyyyy too soggy and greasy to the point it was soaked through the wrapping and in the bag so I didn?t even try to eat that.Waste of money and extreme waste of time. Never had such an awful experience with a jack in the box as I have had here tonight.Will never come again and will mention to every person I know to never come here as well. -10000/10 Read more
Negative 5 stars ?Tried to give this location a chance twice. First time over 30 min wait for 3 cars. Today I waited at the... speaker for several minutes. I honked & they finally answered saying ?we?re closed system not working? (it was 11am) I wasstuck in drive thru w/people ahead and behind me for 20+ minutes . The car in front of me stayed parked at the window for15+minutes. & they paid cash and got food. I asked what was going on when I got to the window and the lady said no people towork when there was 3 people behind her. I get short staffed but why serve the person in front of us and deny the rest of us. Bcthey paid cash?! And tell us sorry no workers to make food. Super shady and will not be returning. I told the guy over thespeaker next time at least let people know right away the system is down so we can leave right away. Read more
The staff is always friendly! The problem is the inconsistency in the food. This morning, got a sausage croissant as I do almost... daily! Today, it was horrible. The croissant was dry and hard.
