Don't go late or early . Either they will just say they are not open because they don't got enough employees or they will get... your order wrong every single time. Simple stuff like no sauce on a burger. (Some of us are diabetic and sauce is sugar packedon top of this already being a cheat meal) and add bacon does not mean take off the sausage and ham then charge 5 dollars moreit's a real simple add bacon . Need to have a zero star option. I want my money back!! I ordered this morning at 1:23am on my phone while I was outside and no... where did I see a closed sign for a TWENTY FOUR HOUR STORE!!! This is one of the best Jack in the boxes I've been too. Consistently fast service. My go-to tacos and egg rolls are always... freshly made. Their limited time Bonus Jack burgers used to be long time favorite of mine but they really skimp on the lettuceand have been consistently given soggy. Lots of pickles though are a plus. Stick with the basics and you can't go wrong. Ijust wish their shake machine worked more often. Seems it is always down every time I try to order one. Read more

I actually think the man in the window was drunk. His speech was slurred and it took us over 30 minutes to get through the drive... thru. There was a massive line and the man was stumbling around. He was very nice and the tacos were good though! Read more
10 car deep line at night and they decline to make food due to the amount of customers. So glad that they have a 3 taco combo with fries and a drink. It wasn't on the menu but I asked for a taco combo, and this is... it. I like the soda machines that offer a gazillion choices, not only the most common ones at fast food places. I reallyenjoyed the ginger ale products. Drive through worker has a lot of attitude for a teen working a pick up window. Got my order wrong 3 times and when I went to... correct him after the 3rd I ring he says ?no, let me finish? got the order wrong again. At this point I just want to leave, Isay yes that?s it.
