Very awkward experience. The lady said they discontinued the popcorn chicken. I was disappointed and asked if she was sure and... she stared at me without answer like she didn't know english. I said is it just your store or all. She awkwardly looks at meagain with cloth face mask and says. Yes. I asked yes to which one and she just stared again. I literally just turned and walkedaway. Stopped at another one and it's not discontinued. Mind you I was talking inside the place to lady that takes orders today.Not the drive through and not the cleaning lady. My wife and I stopped here a few hours ago, I was alittle nervous to get food here I'm not gonna lie lol. I was reading some of... the bad reviews from this location online. But I clicked on the tab for the newest bad experience review and it was a reviewfrom 3 weeks ago. This was the exact Reason why I changed my mind and I gave this place a chance, Because I saw that Owner ofthis Jack in The Box Not only wrote Back to that individuals Bad experience review but He/She Apologized for their badexperience. I Felt that if the owner cared about the image of His / Her business that they would Most definitely Care about howthe food is Cooked and how it Tasted. They would also care how the customer was treated. The employee that took our order wasnice and was not rude at all, we placed out orders inside and not through the drive-thru. I cannot remember the employees nameunfortunately. But he was a male, mabie 5ft 10? The food was hot, my cheese was actually Melted in between my Hamburger meatpatties! Because the meat was actually Hot.. I'm sorry but I had to say that remark because it's almost Normal now for us to getHamburgers from fast food locations and the cheese is almost Never Melted because the meat never got Hot enough to melt it.. thefrys were semi hot but still good, It's been about 4 hours since we have eaten the food from this location, and we have not hadany stomach cramps or sick feelings soo far and that's a very good sign soo far lol. We will eat here again, And we wouldrecommend you trying this location at least once & for you to be the judge of the food and staff next time. I religiously come to this Jack-in-the-Box every morning at 6 AM for breakfast. They?ve messed up my order countless times and... since I?m already at work I?m not gonna drive all the way back to my local Jack-in-the-Box to fix it. The lady at the counteralways says next time she?ll take care of me. Today their app was down so I actually had to order. I wanted the dollar Coca-Colaon the app and she told me that that was through the app only. I understand that but as someone who comes in daily, I wouldexpect that she could have just gave me the soda for a dollar. I?ll go back to eating my breakfast elsewhere. Read more
