It was ordinary day as I ventured to Jack in the Box. I am not a regular here, but looking for a change of pace, I found myself... in their drive through. As I ordered a shake, they asked ?with a cherry??. I love cherries on my shakes. Ecstatically, I said?Make it two!? Upon receiving my order I saw that there was three! Every fast food chain across the globe should aspire to havea staff who is so attuned to costumer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, we were asked if we wanted sauces with ourfood, and as I peered into the bag I found that we had received two sauce packets per sauce we requested, and being two peoplein the vehicle it was the perfect amount. Ordered online using the app and sent daughter to pick up. I had ordered the 4 piece crispy chicken strip combo meal. Opened the... box and to my surprise there were 4 egg rolls instead. We also ordered an extra medium order of fries that was not included.The food that we got was good, but it would have been better if we got what we ordered. Read more
We arrived at 11:30p on a Saturday night and were told they weren't taking anymore orders. Then we sat stuck in the drive thru... behind other cars. Are you open until 12am or 11:30pm? Change your hours if you're not really open until midnight. Read more
this is the worst jack in the box I've been to everything wasnt functioning right or was broken went to drive thru first but... there debit card reader wasnt working. so then went inside to order employees seem like zombies no enteraction, went to get sodaice machine falls apart whole tray comes out so no ice with soda i was so disappointed this place wasnt clean either trasheverywhere, this place needs to new everything employees machines,etc. Read more
These guys can't get an order right. I waited to write this review and gave them a few chances, but it's useless. Twice in two... separate visits, they got my order wrong. One time I asked for a chicken sandwich and got a burger and the second time, I askedfor onions on the sandwich and got nothing despite the sticker on the box that said "onions". Plus, no buttermilk ranch withJalapeño Poppers despite asking for it. What a ridiculous standard. Not going here anymore. ATTENTION: It is possible the OwnerBot will respond to this with an "apology" and a "promise to escalate" this like he/it has been doing for other disenchantedreviews. My order was prepared quickly and precise for it being 11:30pm. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. The... quality of the food was great and it really hit the spot for a late night snack. I don't usually late night dine at fast foodrestaurants, but I am glad I did at this Jack in the Box. Read more
