This is my first time ordering from them. I waited 30 mins and had to call into Chilis to get someone?s attention. I ordered ALL... FLATs which was an option. I get home and I have 4 drummies, I don?t eat drummies. I also ordered the mango habanero and thisis just hot wings. And the wings are not cooked all the way. I called Chilis they said nothing they could do. I can?t find alink to complain in Just Wings site. Read more
First of all: This is really Chili's and not a Togo place called It's Just Wings. It's a Chili's ghost kitchen run out of the... actual Chili's restaurant kitchen. I feel sorry for already over worked and I'll treated restaurant staff now that Chili's isopen. Second: At start if pandemic and lockdowns we got wings delivered from here and they were amazing with sauce full offlavor and spicy. Today we picked up and besides driving around looking for a place called "It's Just Wings" and finallydiscovering it's Chili's, once we got our food, we discovered the flavor was not spicy at all and just very sweet. Plus soggyfries. Lastly, the Chili's staff ignored us for several minutes no matter what we did to get someone anyone's attention to gethelp, My advice is to be transparent about being Chili's and being inside Chili's and to have better quality control of theflavors so the quality is consistent. Also, to fold back into Chili's and not deliver or do Togo orders when the Chili's kitchenand dining room are busy or when you are understaffed. Read more

Was in the mood for wings. Ordered this from DoorDash tonight. Got 8 smoked bbq, 8 smoked Buffalo, 8 smoked honey chipotle and... fries. Didn?t have any expectations, was pleasantly surprised. It came fast, tasted really good. And the smoked flavor wasreally good. It could have had more flavor, but wasn?t bad. Overall great value. Went crazy and got the fried Oreos, too.Didn?t think I?d like them, but I was wrong. They are stinking great. Will definitely be visiting in the future. Read more
I don?t know what happened, when we first ordered from here a year ago, it was pretty decent quality, but we just got some... smoked wings tonight and we can?t even eat them they?re so bad. The wings are fatty and rubbery, definitely not smoked(I?mguessing they just use liquid smoke since they weren?t crispy in the slightest), and the flavors weren?t nearly as good. Read more
Ordered through doordash tonight. Took over an hour for the restaurant to have our small order ready. It actually took so long... that the first dasher left so then we ended up with cold food too. Never again. It's not like 16 wings on a Wed night shouldhave taken over an hour. Read more
Ordered for door dash. Got the wrong order. Received an order for Brandon G. They didn?t even bother to double check the name on... the receipt when giving the order to the driver. Also, when I looked at the receipt it said the was order was at 2pm. I orderedat 6:45pm. Who knows if that order had been sitting out for 4 hours. Food was disgusting. They have gone wayyyy downhill.
