Stopped in for a quick well known cheese burger. Haven't had an In-N-Out experience since we left California in 2016. Place was... clean, and people were friendly. We both ordered the Double Double with cheese. We were very disappointed because they wereextremely salty! After getting two remade burgers, they were just as salty! We threw them both in the trash. We won't be back! Read more

Food was not too great, because it was on opposite side. I ordered number 1 with everything and number 3 with not everything, ... but unfortunately number 3 came with everything, and number 1 didn't, that was disappointing, and we had to switch to food, but I like the clothes on the wall, I hope to get one the next time I go there ???? So me and my family (3 of us) go here after each prenatal visit we have. Being pregnant with twins makes me only want their... fries. On August 8th around 2pm we went to have our famous order of fries (2 animal style no cheese and 4 regular fries). Notonly did it seem to be an issue to order only fries per usual with this particular in n out location, but when we received ouroder to go and left to eat them in our vehicle (right outside the establishment) not one fries was warm. In fact, they werelackadaisical about the way the placed the fries in the bag. To be descriptive, the fries were thrown on top of eachother, falling off the sides, nothing separating them, and a slap in the face would've sufficed at this point. There were burnt piecesall over the place (not the Harry Snyder way at all). When we got to the animal style fries, there was lettuce pieces andpieces of Chilli peppers chopped inside the spread; almost as if they used someone's animal style burger guts to say it's fresh.None of it tasted fresh. Now, I'm use to being looked at funny for ordering all fries (6 of them at that), but this goes beyondthe order. I know employees here are to be held on the upper echelon of fast-food chains due to your pay and expected conductbased on the in n out Bible. Not to mention, the service is what makes in n out "californias gold", well I wasn't evencomfortable taking my food back in there because it seems like such an issue to drop fresh fries. So I called the comments lineand complained and we will never eat at chandler #3 again with that crew working. Remember, pregnant with twins, my foodmatters. Read more

The consistently with In-N-Out is always held in high regards to standard. Ask for your fries extra crispy and get a "full... grilled onion" in your burgers and it'll be an amazing menu hack to remember. You can even ask for the yellow pepperchini's inthem or on the side. Read more

I went here late night with a big group of people, and the staff did a good job of accommodating us. The fries are not crispy... and the sauce on the animal style fries gets cold and hard quickly. The burgers were pretty good and the shakes were ok. Thereare definitely better fast food restaurants, but it?s not a bad place to go to though. Read more

This location remains true to the In-N-Out Burger and what has made them a lasting hero in this market space -- good, honest,... American fastfood. While the drive-through at this site works at an average speed (not amazingly fast, but what you wouldexpect), and has enough space even for a bigger truck to navigate through, the immediate area around it houses multiple fastfoodjoints. As a result, it gets crowded here during the peak hour, as lines for drive-through customers build up on the parking lotand driveways. Good, friendly service. Seems to have always adequate number of staff at duty, so no complaints. Read more
