I have come here about 4 times in the last month and each time its a very terrible experience. The firsr visit we were sat at a... sticky, dirty table and gave stickey menus. We moved tables. The service is always terrible. The employees are always rude andhave bad attitudes. The last 3 times i got my order to go. Now, how could you possibly mess up on pancakes right? Well, i payfor a 5 stack which is $9.99. They give me the size smaller then the kids size pancakes. Next time i order, i ask for them tothe the actual size and they give me 1 normal sized pancake and 4 of the baby ones. 3rd time i come here, order the pancakes andi tell them to please have big normal sized ones and the girl says "its up to the cooks if they want to give you the big size ornot and she's stubborn so we will see". Um? No, i PAY for the big ones,if i wanted the small side ones i would get those for $3.I get home, and see only 2 big size and 3 small ones. Which one also had green on it. Last time going to this horrible location.GO TO A DIFFEFENT IHOP. THEY DONT CARE. Read more
My family and I went to eat at this location and there were multiple problems that caused us to have to leave before getting... food. The hostess that walked us to our table had us step over a fork on the floor and did not pick it up (indeed it was on thefloor when we left). We were ignored after that for 15-20 min while another table was seated and given water. Several staffmembers left and re-entered the kitchen and never looked over at us for the duration of this. We had finally had enough andleft. This was sad because I've had a lot of nice meals at this IHOP and hope something like this never happens again. Read more
Went to have a meal on a Sunday late afternoon. Not crowded at all. Waitress seemed disinterested. Ordered pancakes but they... made crepes. Had to wait for refill. Comped us one meal. Poor service. Matched by my poor tipping. Not going back. Read more
