Now I'm usually a fan of hungry Howie's. The staff was awesome, the pizza wasn't. My pizza was burnt and not edible. My stuffed... cheesy bread was not cooked. My steak and cheese sandwich was also burnt. Very disappointing. Read more
So my brother in law lives on the west side and frequently orders here. It?s always good. Well he live 5 mins from this location... and thought oh great let?s order from here instead of our usual dominos or Cesar?s . This is literally the worst pizza I haveever consumed. Who the heck checks these pizzas and THINKS this is acceptable. What I thought was burnt crust turned out to beseasoning ?..like they emptied out the entire container of garlic herb seasoning on the crust of my pizza. Go to take a sliceand it was totally underdone AND very thin. ( did not order thin crust). Bacon howie bread was underdone and AGAINOverseasoned. Never ever ever ordering from here again. Tony the manager was absolutely amazing!!! If I owned a business I?d steal him from hungry Howies in a minute! He was short... staffed but he wasn?t letting it show one bit, he was very kind and upgraded us for the wait. We need more people like tonyrunning businesses these days! Give this man a raise!!! I have to give these guys a low rating, because despite the fact that their Ultimate Pizza is phenomenal, their service tonight... was so off the mark, we didn?t even get to order at all! First it was a credit card issue on our account, that required severalcall backs, and flustered our guests? all because apparently we?ve used a few different cards with them?(which I feel like is acompliment if anything and should reflect that we are always sharing their business with hungry friends)?. Then they put us onhold for 22 minutes and we gave up. I will say that depending on how much you like pizza, it might be worth the wait. Read more
We normally order the pizza from there we tried the sandwiches today worst place ever what is steak and cheese sandwich it ended... up getting a veggie sandwich I left my food outside where ants were you want to order something do Papa John's this place is notworth it we will never order from them again. Second time ordering from this location. The first time, they sent burnt Howie bread, and forgot the marinara sauce. They... replaced the bread, and sent over additional marinara sauce. So, we decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, they sentanother order of inedible, burned Howie bread. The pizza was also overdone, but was tolerable. Will be following up with thelocation, but am hesitant to order from them, again. Which is disappointing, because we love Hungry Howies, and have never hadissues at other locations. Read more
This location is better then the Gilbert one. We got our pizza ???? cause yesterday the one in Gilbert had power outage in that... area so we didn't get our pizza and they voided our transaction due to power outage. Read more
For our Veteran OG, he wanted pizza. We ordered for pick up & the process took way too long (under 10 minutes) to place an order... of 2 Medium Pizzas & a small Garden Salad. Upon arriving the cleanliness & expectations especially per the Health Departmentget an F. The store is a mess at all places you can see while waiting. I can only imagine the other places you can't see fromthe counter. I watched the employee making the pizzas display all things unsanitary. He left the station to go get a box ofcheese, he came back, grabbed some scissors, opened the box, opened the bag of cheese, dumped the cheese in the container, wipedhis hands on his pants & went back to making pizzas. & this was without him wearing gloves or washing his hands. We told ourOG, he has to choose another pizza joint & didn't state why, yet we don't want him eating from such a messy & unsafe eatery. Read more
